Shipping policy

We endeavour to ship your item within 3 x business days from the date of order payment.

Every effort is made to ensure that items are secured to avoid damage during shipping and postage.

Our shipping choice is Australia Post.

Please note that some delays may occur in some regions of Australia and items may take up to 14-21 days to reach you.  In addition, Australia Post does not make parcel deliveries on a daily basis - they usually only deliver parcels 1-2 days each week.  This may also compound any postal delays.

All orders over $150 will be 'tracked' via Australia Post.
